beatsteak's music is an example of new punk keeping the roots of the old. in launched they present a blend of hardcore, ska, and mellodic punk into one exceptional album with an energy that is addictive. every single song on this album has a sound that sets it apart from the others, unlike many punk albums that have been accused of having very redundant songs. if you like any kind of punk and you like variety, i highly recommend this cd.
